Trip itinerary

Coastal Rowing Tour
25-29.05.2025. / 12-16.10.2025.

1st day

Arrival to Zadar Airport. Welcome by the Host, getting settled, presentation of the planned tour, walking along the shore and town of Vinjerac.

2nd day

08:00 am Breakfast
08:45 am – Briefing about the route, weather forecast
09:00 am – Rowing – Getting to know the Velebit Channel, visit of local coves, small islands in mid-of the channel, Vecka Kula Beach – visit to the remains of the old medieval tower on the beach. Great for photo sessions. Lunch at a local restaurant in Starigrad Paklenica (price included, meal only). Swimming option in October, weather permitted. Planned rowing distance 12-14 km.
03:00 pm – planned return to Vinjerac.
06:30 pm – local specialties dinner, juices, beer and wine (optional)

3rd day

07:30 am Breakfast
08:15 am Briefing about the route, weather forecas
08:30 – Rowing towards the river Zrmanja Canyon, visit to Rovanjska, small town along the route, spectacular views of the Zdrilo canyon and Maslenica bridge, entering the Novigrad Sea and Zrmanja estuary and magnificent canyon. Great photosessions. Lunch at local restaurant (“Konoba”) in Novigrad, famous for local mussels with protected origin – price included, meal only. Planned rowing distance 25-35 km.
04:00 pm – Planned return to Vinjerac. Free rest of the afternoon and evening.

4th day

07:30 am Breakfast
08:15 am – Briefing about the route, weather forecast.
08:30 am – Rowing to the Pag Island bridge along the Moon-like shore. Visit to the Fortica fortress. Visit to the town of Razanac – lunch at local restaurant (price included, meal only). Rowing along the north side of the Velebit channel back to Vinjerac. Planned rowing distance total 32-34 km. Upon arrival, free afternoon and evening.

5th day

Depart to Zadar Airport
